CAN I CHANGE MY BILLING OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?
Once an order has been placed, changes to billing or shipping information are not guaranteed.
If you need to make a change, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@senapro.store as soon as possible during the order processing stage.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the address.

If the order has already been shipped, the shipping information cannot be changed while the package is in transit.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
Once your payment is successfully received, you will receive a confirmation email.
You can also log into your customer account on our website to check your order status.
If payment has been received, the order status will show “Processing.”
DO YOU PROVIDE AN INVOICE?
Yes. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, an invoice will be sent to your email.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES?

Shipping is free to the United States and Canada.
CAN I SEND MY ORDER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS AS A GIFT?
Yes. You may enter a different shipping address at checkout when placing a gift order.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch for the tracking information to become active in the courier’s system.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you’ve just received the shipment notification, please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking to update.
