You have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return. Returns are accepted without restocking fees, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.


CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, it is immediately prepared for shipment to ensure fast delivery.
For this reason, we cannot accept order cancellations after the order has been placed.

THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED

Estimated delivery time is 8–12 business days, excluding order processing time of 1–3 business days.

If your order has not arrived within 15 days, please allow up to 20 days, as delays may occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived after 25 days, please contact us at contact@senapro.store, and we will issue a 100% refund.


DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@senapro.store and provide clear photos and videos of the issue.

After verification, you may choose between:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A 100% refund


DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN AFTER USE

If your product is defective or stops working within 30 days of delivery, please contact us at contact@senapro.store.

You may return the product at your expense, and once verified, we will issue a refund or store credit so you can place a new order.


CHANGE OF OPINION

If you change your mind, you may return your product within 30 days of receipt.

WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a 100% refund.
